I have a bunch of time off from work now so I've decided to ride my motorcycle across the US. Its a trip I've been wanting to take for a long time and with my inspiration coming from the series "Long Way Round" and my own passion for motorcycle travel and adventure this dream is about to become a reality. Boston, MA to Portland, OR and back.

In NY, raining and 56 degrees. Lovely :-) A guy got out of his car, looked at me, then the bike and than back at me with a look of astonishment. I hear ya!
That must be a common thing in NY. I believe we got those looks when we were riding back through the tail-end of the hurricane...
