While I at David's house I took a few minutes to modify the Touratech handguard spoilers for the 2007 and older BMW GS Adventure bikes for my 2009. While I at Touratech I did a quick fit outside and decided with a quick mod I could adapt them to fit my stock BMW adventure handguards. Below are the pics showing the small amount of plastic I removed to allow the Touratech spoilers to fit quite without any issues. In case anyone else is thinking of doing this mod the TT part number for these is:
