Crater Lake

So yesterday after my lunch with Allen I headed towards Crater Lake National Park. Taking route 62 Easts out of Medford I followed this road all the way to Crater Lake. The temps were quickly dropping though and it was getting chilly! It went from 53 degrees to 34 at Crater Lake. brrrrrr! Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the US too!

Here is the a link for this attraction: http://www.nps.gov/crla/index.htm

These poles (actually tree limbs) aren't for making sure you stay on the road. They are for measuring snow accumulation.

So this along the West Diamond Lake Parkway.

And bam! This pops out of the trees. Simply unreal.
